These terms govern use of McLean County Inmate Population. Anyone who does not agree with these terms should not use the site.

McLean County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with any government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, private-investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or similar decisions.


What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, court files, warrants, booking photos, or Kentucky corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or file documents with a public office.

The site points visitors toward McLean County inmate, jail, court, and public-record resources, including government offices and third-party research tools. Formal public-record requests to Kentucky agencies are controlled by Kentucky law, including the Kentucky Open Records Act and KRS 61.872.
